I have bilateral pain in lower abdominal quadrants that is sharp. it happens when I eat or drink (not alcohol). no nausea or vomiting. no fever or shortness of breath. it has been going on for 3 days consistently. if I take a deep breath I feel pain. nothing I do will relieve sypmtoms
