I Have Bilateral Slightly Hazy Maxillary Sinus And Hypertrophied Nasal

I have bilateral slightly hazy maxillary sinus and hypertrophied nasal mucosa on PNS X-Ray. Its been 5 years since I keep having post nasal drip and nasal congestion when I lie down like mucus will fall out if I breath forcefully during expiration. Sputum is sometimes yellow and sometimes clear. Had a 2 week course of Amoxiclav 625mg BD 2 weeks ago. Still I dont feel perfect like I used to be 6 years ago with no mucus in my throat or nose when I used to wake up from sleep. Can you help me get back to fully normal?
