I Have Bilateral Superficial Numbness From My Knees Down Into

I have bilateral superficial numbness from my knees down into my feet. It happened suddenly when I was lying on my side in bed. No pain and no decrease in my ability to walk or move. It sometimes lessens, sitting makes it worse. I have no other diseases, am on no medication, no signs of diabetes.
