I Have Black And White Stuff On My Tonsils And

I have black and white stuff on my tonsils and it hurts alot to swallow. I've swabbed at them with a q-tip but I've either gotten a little red (I assume from rubbing my swollen tonsils with cotton, making it bleed a tiny bit), a miscrosopic amount of white stuff, or nothing at all. My neck is very swollen (more where it looks like fat though as opposed to being filled comically with air) and my lymph nodes hurt to touch. My chest is congested and I've been spitting up phlegm at least twice a minute for two days. What is this?
