I Have Bladder Cancer For 3 Years. No Tumors For

I have bladder cancer for 3 years. no tumors for 3 years but has always had signs of cancer cells in urin. Did a prostrate biposey 3 days ago. The bladder cancer has moved deep into the prostrate. they want to take out both prostrate and bladder. Are there other options and should they not have done this a long time ago before it became this bad. Also could te cancer have already spread to other parts of my body. If so this operation would not have much value would it?
