I Have Bladder Cancer That Will Be Removed This Coming

I have bladder cancer that will be removed this coming week. They believe it is transitional cell and will use some type of chemo injected into bladdar once the tumor is removed. They just found 2 cysts on my kidneys. How will that affect this surgery and what are the chances it would also be cancer. One cyst is 3 millimeters and the other is 1.2 centimeters. Thanks.
