I Have Bleeding Sometimes When I Ejaculate. It Started 2

I have bleeding sometimes when I ejaculate. It started 2 yrs ago when my wife grabbed and held on to my penis right as I was about to urinate. There was an intense sting and then it started bleeding. Sometimes when I ejaculate and my penis is very hard I feel the stinging sensation again and it starts to bleed. If I let my ejaculation slowly come out I usually do not have the problem. The sting is about an inch from the tip of my penis. I have not been able to find anything on the internet about this. Im guessing im needing some kind of cauterizing of the blood vessels in the urethra. It really affects my sex life. I would appreciate any help or suggestions on this matter. THanks
