I Have Blistering Rashes On My Arms And Legs Right

I have blistering rashes on my arms and legs right side only, they itch and ooze clear fluid or puss, then scab over and continue to itch. I thought it was poison ivy but I have never been near any since 2 years ago, a doctor briefly saw the rashes and asked me how long have I had the shingles rashes, totally surprised I said about 2 weeks, what is a good relief remedy for the itch, and do I need further meds, I had a seveir case of chicken pox when I was young that left scars all over, can you recommend some relief therapy please?
