I Have Blisters On The Tip Of My Tongue And

I have blisters on the tip of my tongue and along both sides. I bit my tongue about 2days ago. The sides of my tongue hurts like crazy. There are small icky pustules on each side and tip. I tried to squeeze/scrape them. Ow!!!! Ow!!! There is no pain free place in my mouth.
Help. !! Help!!!! Do I suck on ice???
