I Have Blood In My Stool And I Threw Up

I have blood in my stool and I threw up blood and blood clots after which took my nausea away. I was just discharged from the hospital today for my hep c and cirrosis stage 4 and I was given an Rx for hydrocodone. I took 3 and that's when my nausea began. I also have vericese in my asophagus. Should I go to the ER even though my nausea is gone? Does this count as internal bleeding? How serious is this?
