I Have Blood In My Urine. The Morning, None. Later

I have blood in my urine. The morning, none. Later yes. I have had kidney stones in the past. I had some pain in my liver today for about 30 min. Not like a kidney stone. I don't have Appt with urologist until Feb 6. What can I do to not exasperate anything.
