I Have Blood On The Tissue When I Pass A

I have blood on the tissue when I pass a stool, which is bright red. I also have a lot of flatulance thought the day. My stools are hard shaped like balls, and very painful to pass. My rectum feels restricted when pooping, like the muscle struggles to relax and feels tight.
