I Have Blood Veins Honeycomb Looking On My Legs Form

I have blood veins honeycomb looking on my legs form my groin to my knees on my stomach and under my arms. there is one place on my upper thigh that has spread out. The top of my knees are dark redish purple when pressed turns real white. any ideas? Have had trouble with high blood pressure and is being treated
