I Have Brachial Plexus Palsy And I Don't Know What

I have brachial plexus palsy and I don't know what dr. To see I was born with it and I'm 27 years old and after I had my son and now that he's bigger and says I'm more active and lifting and moving him around I can't sleep at night I can't with my son anymore the pain is unbearable sometimes I just might take a chainsaw to my arm can you please tell me who to go see or what I need to do for my pain
