I Have Breast Pain, Sensitivity, And Soreness. I Get Checked

I have breast pain, sensitivity, and soreness. I get checked yearly because they have found some lumps which are benign... but I have ever pain mostly through my nipple I feel like soreness and have felt like an electric shock.. I'm concerned... I also sleep on my belly so I wonder if putting all my weight on my breast can also be a cause for the pain and soreness..
