I Have Broken Out In A Red Rash On My

I have broken out in a red rash on my face, forearms, and V-neck area on my high chest, plus my scalp is itching a lot too. This is now my 4th day having rash. I've tried to figure out cause. I only take Armour Thyroid and BP medication. I think it is probably from my BP medication, edarbi, that I have been taking for 5 yrs. I take 20 mg. @ night 1 hr. before going to bed. Last night I woke up 5 hrs., after taking BP pill, itching like crazy where rash already was, and it had moved up onto my upper arms toward shoulder joint. I am extremely sensitive to B.P. medications; have a 12 yr. history of allergic reactions, starting from being on a Beta Blocker for 15 yrs. prior to the first reaction. I have recently moved 120 miles from my Internist M.D. and don't have a Dr. in my new location. Should I go to Urgent Care, or call my Dr. 120 miles away who knows my history?
