I Have Bronchitis...have Been Using A Prescribed Inhaler Or Albuterol

I have bronchitis...have been using a prescribed inhaler or albuterol as well as prescribed gel tabs of benzonatate (10mg)... Aside from the horrible cough that is driving me insane... I have a layer of gunk on my tongue and I cough up little white pieces from it every time I cough... This makes me gag and I end up throwing up. My tongue is extremely dry and that's partially why I am coughing... My tongue also feels swollen.... Could this be a reaction to the meds? I'm on day 2 of them.
