I Have Brown Patch Between My Breast And It Started

I have brown patch between my breast and it started when i scratch it because it was so itchy. This was the second time i scratch it and it was much bigger than before. Last night, my neck started itching but i didn't scratch it because it might result to the one i have between my breast. Why is there a brown patch between my breast and was so itchy?
