I Have Brown Vaginal Discharge Like 9 Days After My

I have brown vaginal discharge like 9 days after my period have pain in my left ovary. Sometimes I have loose stool but only when I go to the bathroom just as I wake up if I go later in the day the stools are fine. I am scared I don't want to have any serious condition. I had my pap smear eveything came out fine, I had a vaginal ultrasound Dr could not see anything abnormal. I am loosing my mind please help
