I Have Bruising All Over My Arms. I Take Lisinopril,

I have bruising all over my arms. I take Lisinopril, Lamotrigine (for seizure disorder), bisoprolol, cialis low dose, and 80 mg aspirin. This bruising appears whether I take the aspirin or not. I also have a cough and produce phlegm, which I attribute to the Lisinopril. My blood pressure was a low normal before I developed heart failure (inherited with lifelong murmur. My brother has it, too.) Could the bruising be Lisinopril as well?
