I Have Bruising On My Arms. If I Carry A

I have bruising on my arms. If I carry a purse with straps I develop bright red bruise. Now I am seeing small red dots on my arms & am so afraid thet will turn into quarter size red bruise on my arms. I am using DerMend from local drug store. this is so unsightly and if there is anything else I can do.
