I Have Bulging Disk I Had Surgery And Ended Up

I have bulging disk I had surgery and ended up with a sciatic leg and more back pain. I recently fell on some bleachers. I hurt my back and leg so bad. I also notices after a few days I had pain in my rib cage front through the back. I think I might have a rib out of place. Can the rib get out of place by sitting in a bad position?
