I Have Bulky Ovaries.the Right One Measures 16.4cc And The

I have bulky ovaries.the right one measures 16.4cc and the left one measures 14.6cc.i am 23 years old.the report says there is polycystic changes in my ovaries.immature follicles seen in both ovaries.so is there any serious prblm i hve to face in future for conceiving?my periods are very much irreguler.please reply.please.i am in tension.
