I Have Bumps On Shoulders And Neck And Some On

I have bumps on shoulders and neck and some on lower back . Not itchy nor hurt . Also been nauseous, tired , urine is increasing , recently got a hemorrhoid and gaining weight but I'm still getting my period and pregnancy tests are coming out negative! Waiting for my insurance to go through so I can make a Drs appt but I really need some ideas I don't know what is wrong with me
