I Have Bumps Raised And Hard Lumps Back Of My

I have bumps raised and hard lumps back of my scalp and they get bigger as the day progresses are itchy and painful. Diagnosed folliculitis but nothing is effective. Last treatment clove taxol which burns scalp and lumps stop persist whole scalp except front of scalp near face. Am I allergic to something. I wake up and there are no hard lumps or bumps and gets worse
