I Have Bumps That Keep Appearing All Over My Arms

I have bumps that keep appearing all over my arms and bit on my body First when I woke up I started to see them but I thought it wasn't a problem but few hours later it started to grow as in it keeps appearing and going around my body it itches so I can't sleep.
