I Have Bumps Under My Skin On My Neck And

I have bumps under my skin on my neck and on my face. I am itching and feel fever like or flush.
I was itchy on my palms of hands arms and legs. Took Benadryl.
This started last night and tonight my throat is very very sore. The neck is hot and red and the little bumps are now like litter water blisters. Is there any illness that can cause all these symptoms ?
