I Have Burcitis In My Right Shoulder. It Has Been

I have burcitis in my right shoulder. It has been diagnosed by a bone and joint doctor. He gave me a shot of cortisone into the joint 6 months ago, 3 months ago his assistant tech did another shot. This one hasn't not been nearly as successful. The pain is pretty tough. I have tried ice and heat. Got any tricks up your sleeve? I sure would appreciate your input. Thanks. Cathy
