I Have Burning And Pain In My Feet Mostly The

I have burning and pain in my feet mostly the left one is much more painful the doctor thinks it diabetes and put me on metformin but i still have the same pain and have been on the meds. for 2 months i also have pain in my hips i belive its a pinched nerve-nerve pain-somedays i can hardly walk i just took tramadol and prednisone and feel better what do u think-help?
