I Have Burning And Very Itchy Round The Vaginal Lips

I have burning and very itchy round the Vaginal lips and around the anus, worse at night sometimes feels like discharge is trickling but not always. I have small hard lump type spots around the Labia area appears at same time as itching also vagina sometimes hurts and feels inflamed inside vagina lips
