I Have Burning Inside The End Of My Penis. The

I have burning inside the end of my penis. The foreskin is red and slightly swollen. This has been for a month or so. It feels like when my wife has had yeast infections in the past. She doesn't have a yeast infection. Can you help me figure out what may be wrong?
