I Have Burning Right In The Inner Part Of My

I have burning right in the inner part of my vagina, burning when urinating, and white flecks in urine and its a bit cloudy...no back or pelvic pain. Has been going on for months so it isn't bad enough that I have had to see a Dr about it but very curious what it is? My gyno did notice an irritation right in the area where it burns but yeast test and urine tests were negative...is it just irritation? The flecks/cloudy urine is what is concerning me...
