I Have Burning Sensation In Arms Wrists Hands And Butticks

I have burning sensation in arms wrists hands and butticks and down the back of legs and calves more days than not. The burning isn't helped by pain medicine, aspirin or much else. This evening I did get a little relief from a klonipin. What might be the cause?
