I Have Burning Sensation In My Vaginal Area And Pressure

I have burning sensation in my vaginal area and pressure sensation all the time. No discharge and no odor noted . I do not have burning with urination. I do have increased urination but that has been going on for many many years. When I have to urinate I have to go immediately. I did see my Gyn last week. No redness or swelling noted. My doctor did notice scar tissue he thought from an episiotomy. I told him I had 2 c sections 23 years ago. I did have 3 Mona Lisa tx for vaginal dryness last year. I have been applying tetracaine2% in my vaginal area prior to intercourse.
