I Have Burning Skin Between My Legs. It's Like Aresh

I have burning skin between my legs. It's like aresh that have scabed over and burns. I have tried everything i can find to put on this! I need a pain cream to stop the burning pain on my legs. I can not seam to get it under control? Maybe go with out cloths, but the rubbing does not help.
