I Have Burning Tingling Sensation On My Triangular Fossa On

I have burning tingling sensation on my triangular fossa on both my ears but predominately the right. It started off periodically but is becoming continuous. The answer to a similar question below stated dry scalp but that is not my issue. Any suggestions? I did not know this was a pay for an answer site - sorry to waste your time
