I Have Bursitis On One Hip Have Had It On

I have bursitis on one hip have had it on both but hips but got a shot of quartozone on both and now my right is ok not so painful but my left is very bad in pain a lot I try to manage it with voltarene and medication at times one tablet ibbrofene and tylonol seems to help a bit otherwise I am at the mercy of pain is there a way to help with quartozone or other?? THE QUARTOZONE IS triminsolone Angele
