I Have C3,c4/c6 And C7 Problems Due To Previous Car

I have c3,c4/c6 and c7 problems due to previous car accident impact. Was prescribed Neproxin 500mg & something else I no longer take. I now have a Rt Foot center toe that requires injections and possible nerve surgery. I also take Gabapentin that reduced the ciaciate nerve pain down my Rt side. Is the meds I'm taking making a difference plus run & cokes retaining the pain I experience in my center Toe. 6-9 pain scale?
