I Have Calluses On Both Feet On The Ball In

I have calluses on both feet on the ball in the middle but the right one hurts so bad. Last year I used the pedi foot thing to remove the callus and seen a small pin hole. When I pushed down it was like a piece of tissue point up so I got the tweezers and pulled it out. It hurt like it was attached to a nerve but now it's back and the pain in so bad I can't seem to get down that far again to do it
