I Have Calluses On The Bottom Of My Left Foot.

I have calluses on the bottom of my left foot. They have been there for >3 years. My left knee sometimes hurts, too. In 2012 I was diagnosed with a back or lumbar issue. As a result, my left leg is about 2 cm shorter than my right leg. So, my guess is that I should follow up with my orthopedics doctor or my physical therapist. And, a heel lift would go into my left shoe. Correct?
