I Have Cancer And Am On Chemo (irinotikan). I Currently

I have cancer and am on chemo (irinotikan). I currently have diarrhea and severe nausea, but I also have sjogren's, so can't take zofran. Ginger tea helps somewhat, and I have taken reglan in the past, but it can cause diarrhea, so won't help me now. Any alternative suggestions?
