I Have Canker Like Sores Inside My Rectum. One Just

I have canker like sores inside my rectum. One just outside. They are very small, red, with white centers. They resemble the occasional ulcers that appear in your mouth but are much smaller. They itch and follow a bout of stomach upset with watery stool. I also took a new antibiotic. What could this be?
