I Have Carpal Tunnel And Wore A Wrist Support During

I have carpal tunnel and wore a wrist support during the night. The Dr. gave me 6 wks and if not better I would be put on steroids, with no mention of surgery. I came across this on email - First Hand Medical, using stretching therapy. They advise against steroids, surgery and wearing the wrist support. I have had this condition for almost a year. Would you suggest going with First Hand or not? Any help greatly appreciated. Patricia Kincaid
