I Have Cellulites, Not Sure If That Is Spelled Right,

I have cellulites, not sure if that is spelled right, but I have two different creams here they gave me one for this condition, the other is for a rash I had on the back of my leg. First one is called Ketoconazole, 2nd. one is Triamcinolone, could you tell me which one to use on the lower abdominal area for this condition,
