I Have Cellulitis In My Lower Leg And It Has

I have cellulitis in my lower leg and it has been treated by antibiotics for almost two weeks. First IV and then a doubling of Keflex and Bacterim used together - keflex 4 times a day and Bacterim 2 times a day. I am thinking some topical can help but I also think a new antibiotic is necessary. I am 69 yrrs old, diabetc and weigh 260 lbs.
Can you help me? Thanks
