I Have Cervical Spinal Stenosis & Also My Right Shoulder

I have cervical spinal stenosis & also my right shoulder is totally "unfixable" Dr is giving me cortisone shots at this time until I decide on a total shoulder replacement. My question is the cortisone is also helping my stenosis which can be Debilitating at timesMy Neurosurgeon would like me to have 2 separate shots one for my neck& head Butmy Orthopedic Dr. Says if only One shot is working then leave well enough alone! What is your thoughts? T.I.A
