I Have Cheilitis Ever Since I Was A Child And

I have cheilitis ever since i was a child and it was manageable with vaseline petroleum jelly. A week ago, my lips became very itchy and the scaling became severe to the point that there ware several cracks on upper and lower lip. Yesterday, I experienced a prickly feeling and when I looked in the mirror, there were several tiny round bumps apprearing on my lips. Also, I accidentally burst one of the round bump and some white-sticky fluid came out of it. The open wound was very sore on top of the itchiness on the edges of my lips. I still use vaseline last night as I don't know what this new symptoms are. This morning, I noticed a small and tender lump under my jaw which I believed was a swollen lumph node. I dont have a fever or sore throat or colds or any other symptoms associated with these. Can you please help me answer what I am suffering from?
