I Have Chest Pain Occasionally In My Chest, Left Side.

I have chest pain occasionally in my chest, left side. Sometimes I also have shortness of breath mainly when I drive. I've had labs done and E.K.G's and x-rays but there seems to be nothing they can find. The shortness of breath Is what bothers me the most.
