I Have Chest Pain Only On The Left Side I

I have chest pain only on the left side i also have rapid heart beats it seems as if i cant breath but when i check my oxygen level its always 99 to 100 in the middle of the night are early mornings my heart rate is 110 to 120 i dont understand whats going on
