I have chest pains that feel very similar to those I had when I broke ribs. These pains seem to move. First they were on the right lower ribs, then moved to the left upper,close to my armpit. It is painful to breath deeply and very painful to chough. I have been taking Ibuprofine. I am 73, in good health. A light smoker for 50 years, now using e-cig for two years
